Orders under PHP 4500 will be charged a flat shipping rate of PHP 199.

Delivery Policy
1. All orders are processed and shipped overseas. Due to this international shipping process, please expect an average delivery period of 8 - 30 days for all orders.

Disclaimer: Shipping delays may occur due to weather, travel arrangements, and other external factors.

2. In most cases, your order will be delivered within the average delivery period. If you still have not received your order 45 days after purchase, kindly contact our Customer Service to assist you in verifying.

1. Can I make changes to my order?
You can no longer modify your order once final. We suggest you reach out to our Customer Service should you have any concerns with your order.

2. Can I cancel my order?
As long as the order has not yet been shipped out, you can cancel the order.

3. I put in the wrong address, can I change it?
Should this happen, please get in touch with Customer Service so we can cancel the order and you can place a new one with the right address.

4. How can I track my order?
To track your order, please refer to the tracking link sent to you via email.

5. How am I being charged for shipping? Regardless of the state/ province you're in, weight of parcel or number of items purchased, orders below PHP 4500 will be charged a small shipping fee of PHP 199. Orders above PHP 4500 will automatically qualify for free shipping.
